WORK OF THE WEEK - THE TRAY
Received a 600mm x 600mm sheet, shared with group. Our pair chose to do 150mm x 150mm sized tray.
With the edge of a metal wheel, marked curves intended to cut. Marked another set of lines 10mm inwards as where to fold. Trimmed with metal cutter.
Shaped a piece of wood into same curve.
Started with four straight edges, punched lightly with small hammer. Then punched curved edges.

Carefully fixed through to achieve a consistent shape.
Sanded edge. Hand polish with metal polish.
End results -
Match with partner's piece.
